Minimum stay is 4 nights. For stays less than 5 days, a 15% surcharge will
be added to the daily rate (above weekly rate divided by 7).
Weddings/events:
- up to 25 people: $1,000.00 additional
- up to 50 people: $1,500.00 additional

All rentals are subject to a 7% Puerto Rico Lodging Tax.
For up to 8 people, there will be a $500.00 security deposit added, fully refundable
provided there is no damage to the property upon departure. For over 8 people
(including events),
the security deposit will be $1,000.00.
Reservations require a 50% deposit.
Deposits are refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival date.
Cancellations made within 30 days prior to arrival date are
non-refundable, unless the property is re-rented for the entire reserved
period. Reservations made online will be assigned a Confirmation Code,
which you must have at check-in. Rates
are subject to change without notice. For complete

Caracol Ché promotes well-being and is a smoke-free environment. A $300
deduction will be made for the removal of tobacco residue caused by
smoking in any part of the property, from the deposit or the
credit card on file.
