Minimum rental: 4 nights

Maximum Occupancy = 12 Guests
For more than 8 guests, an additional
$45 per person, per day will be charged.

IN ORDER TO RESERVE DATES, WE REQUIRE A $500 DEPOSIT BY CREDIT CARD. UPON RETURN OF THE RENTAL AGREEMENT, THE BALANCE OF A 50% DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE YOUR STAY. THE BALANCE IS DUE 30 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR ARRIVAL.

CARACOL CHE PROVIDES CLEARLY MARKED OUTDOOR SMOKING AREAS. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED IN ALL INDOOR LIVING AREAS.
