Caracol Che Private Villa Estate Rental Rates

Procedure to Reserve Villa
- A $500.00 Deposit is required to reserve dates.
- 50% of balance is due upon receipt of written agreement.
For reservations 1 year in advance, terms apply. - Payment in full due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Villa Policies
- There is a 4 night minimum rental policy and
a 6 night minimum for holiday weeks.
(Less than 4 night stays add 20%) - Villa Caracol Che sleeps 10 adults comfortably,
and has a maximum capacity of 12 guests - More than 10 guests is an additional $55 per person per day
- Visa and MasterCard are accepted.
A Refundable Security Damage Deposit Is Also Required:
- Up to 8 Guests - $750
- 9 to 12 Guests/Guests With Children- $1,000
- Weddings/Events - $1,300
